Sous-vide is a very simple way of cooking. Most of the work is necessary to prepare the ingredients for it. And it’s always very interesting. And chicken sous-vide is totally easy and at the same time is very delicious.
Sous-vide is very healthy food. Most of the vitamins and nutrients will remain unchanged. Also all meat juice and flavour will be in chicken, you will be surprised how full of wonderful flavour chicken can be.
- 2 lb (1 kg) chicken breast
- 1 orange, sliced
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or any other
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 10 cloves garlic
- 10 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 4 drops Tabasco
- Mix all ingredients and add to the chicken breast.
- Cooking 1 kg for 3 hours at a temperature of 140°F (60°C).
- Serve it with vegetables.
