Sous-vide cooking is a very easy, it is not necessary to have the special devices. All that you need is usual zip lock package and a deep pan with water, the oven with temperature control and food thermometer. Most of the time necessary to marinating meat or vegetable seasoning.
What do we need:
- marinating meat, such as beef or chicken breast for beginning,
- zip lock package,
- deep pan with water,
- oven with temperature control,
- food thermometer.
Put the meat with the marinade in the package. Carefully immerse it into the water. The water will remove the air and you just have to close the lock. Put the thermometer into the water. Preheat the oven to the desired temperature. Place the pan in the oven with the package and leave for 3—4 hours. Make sure that the temperature is kept at the right level.
You can immediately open the package and eat or you can lightly fry it, but I recommend to cool the meat and put in the refrigerator overnight and cut into thin slices. That is all secret of sous-vide cooking.
