Trout fish is very simple to prepare. Big part of the work is cleaning the fish, but you can always ask seller to do it. All what you need is some vegetables and seasonings.
Salmon fishes are very healthy. But they are lose some healthy properties while you cook it at high temerature. So the best way to cook fish is baking in the oven on low temperatures, steaming or sous-vide. Today i will cook baked salmon.
- 2 trout fish
- 1 kg vegetables (such as potato, carrot, garlic, tomato, pepper, onion, asparagus...)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 rosemary or thyme
- Put cutted vegetables on the bottom, season it a little bit.
- Then put cleaned and well season fish on top.
- Put 3—4 lemon slices, herbs and salt inside fish.
- Pour on it some olive oil.
- Cook it in the oven for 1 hour on 170°C (340°F).
- You can easy to verify fish, just open oven and lift up the fish skin.
