Easy breakfast does not mean primitive breakfast. Make a simple omelet can be refined using a ordinary pepper. This is looks nice and also very healthy.  This dish is ideal with mozzarella toast.

Simple and refined eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 slices mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Slice it in pepper rings.
  2. Put them in the pan and break in each ring on the egg.
  3. Cook as well as you like.
  4. Put the pieces of bread covered mozzarella pieces for 5—10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
