I prefer use Pago Tomato Juice, pure juice from fresh tomatoes. It is the best cocktail base. And you can use celery salt for best flavour.
All variation of Bloody Joseph cocktails is more delicious with some bell pepper juice. Also you can add 1 pinch of sugar for flavour balance. And you can replace a lemon juice by wine vinegar.
There is more unexpected cocktails. Just vary some ingredients. Asian Mary — add wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. With tequila you will get Bloody Maria. With sake — Bloody Maru. With rum — Cubanita. With gin — Red Snapper. And without any alcohol — Bloody Shame.
- 25 ml whiskey
- 125 ml tomato juice
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 6—8 drops of Tabasco
- 4 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 2 pinch salt
- 3 grind black pepper
- Add all ingredients into highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with lemon slice, celery spring or celery stick.
